Return/Refund Policy

Policy on Returns and Refunds

You may return a product within a time frame provided by the seller. If one is not provided, you will be given 30 calendar days to return the item if the item is damaged, faulty, or does not meet its description.

The items can be returned if their original details, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. You will receive the full refund within 20 calendar days after the seller receives your item(s).

In order to return purchased items, Customers must submit a copy of their proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment they receive the items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exceptions are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case, the Items must be returned to the Seller with their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit a copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

*According to NYS law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

How to return a package:

1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

2. Go to Your Orders and click on the product(s) you would like to return. Click on Return or Replace Item and follow the steps to successfully return your item(s).

3. Please send back the item to the provided address on the package. After the seller receives your returned item, you will be refunded with the exact amount within 3 business days. If you have not received your item within 3 business days, please see below to contact us for help.

Return Shipping Costs

If the seller provides a free return for the item and the item is faulty, damaged, and/or doesn't match its description, the seller will be in charge of paying for shipping fees.

If you changed your mind and/or the seller requests that the buyer is responsible for return shipping, then you will have to pay the shipping fees.
