Exchange Policy
Exchange an Item
To exchange an item:
1. Please go to Your Orders and click on the product you would like to exchange.
2. Click Request a Replacement or a Refund and follow the steps to replace the item. Be sure to write in the comments what item you would like to exchange it for.
3. Use the return label provided to send your original item back to the return address provided on your shipping label.
4. Please return your item within 30 days of purchase and we will deliver your new product using the same shipping method you selected at checkout.
Return Shipping Costs
If the seller allows for exchanges, the seller will be in charge of paying for shipping fees. Otherwise, you may not exchange the item.
